The store itself is typically lacking in selection and lots of times completely bare of stock items. The store could use a deep cleaning. The bathrooms are constantly broken. The parking lot is full of potholes and sinkholes. It typically seems like the management doesn't care about the property. We spend an average of $1,000 per month in that store alone, so I'm pretty sure that there is enough money coming in that the manager could afford to keep the place fixed up and stocked properly.
